What you'll do

As part of the Mobile Experience Engineering (MXE) Unit you will work within the customer office and help us streamline customer communications.

You will help us bring more visibility into our app adoption and we invite you to help us automate our reporting, make it intelligent and easily accessible. To archive this, you will be responsible to collect additional reporting requirements of the management, product managers as well as the customer office using MS SharePoint Lists and MS Power Automate.

With this we will be able to reach the right customers at the right time, strengthen the customer relationship and ensure feedback and event participation of our most relevant customers.

You will also connect with many related functions in various Board Areas like Customer Success, Marketing and Technology & Innovation. This gives you the unique opportunity to create a broad network and learn about different roles within SAP.

What you bring

• 
  Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Business, Industrial Engineering and Management or comparable
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Power Automate is a plus.
• Language skills: fluent in English, German is a plus
• Soft skills: team player, creative, strong communication skills, self-organized working

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
