What part will you play? We are putting our customer’s success upfront by becoming a partner that really understands our customer’s challenges and opportunities. We are looking for a Senior Business Engagement Manager (f/m/d) within the GMM organization. The BE Manager is a new role focusing on solving customer problems and leveraging business opportunities by establishing and maintaining business relationships. Hence the BE Manager should have deep knowledge of the complete GMM portfolio and be a credible authority in that domain. The BE Manager successfully manages business relations by being a liaison between customer (int./ext.) and the rest of the GMM organization. - Strategic Global Business consulting on all types of cross-border activities and solutions e.g. Business Travel Standard/Plus, Home/Host based, Project and business consulting, FLH, IMW etc. with or without corporate tax feedback etc.
- Build a close relationship with customer and decision-making stakeholders globally to be able to quickly adapt to new situations and needs
- Collaboratively work on M&A topics with Portfolio & Partner Management (new RfPs, carve-ins, carve-outs, acquisitions, etc.)
- Develop and drive communication and marketing in alignment with other GMM departments
- Lead and contribute to GMM/customer financial, commercial discussions on a regular basis
- Organize team-structure/meetings/tasks autonomously and collaboratively within the customer team (self-organization, agility)
- Help develop new products, services and promotions based on business preferences and needs, adjusting to the ever-changing market requirements in order to remain competitive
- Ensure our customers are briefed on and understand GMM services by designing and presenting our services via regular trainings, workshops, roadshows etc. in collaboration with the customer and internal GMM departments (e.g. virtual teams, customer panels, etc.)
- Live and promote our Global Mobility Management brand
What you need to make real what matters. - You are experienced in the handling of GMM services and E2E global mobility solutions
- You have a strong customer focus and understanding of our market environment
- You are a proven go-to-person for senior management regarding problem solving and developing new ideas
- You take steps to build networks of contacts and act as a ‘hub’ between people you know
- You remain adaptable and flexible in the face of unfamiliar or changing situation
- You have a degree in economics, business, finance or a similiar field and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- You are fluent in English, any other language is a benefit
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills and are interacting effectively with people from different cultures in a personal or virtual environment
- You have successfully managed projects or people in the past and now want to embark on the journey of new / next work, e.g. self-organization, co-creation, etc.
- You have analytical skills that enable you to work with data in meaningful ways
