Working hours: Fulltime, 40/week

Model: hybrid (office and homeoffice)

Business fluent English and German skills required (verbally and in writing)

• You develop influencer strategies that will contribute to both awareness and performance of AMORELIE in our German-speaking markets

• You challenge our existing structures and improve our influencer marketing activities on a day-to-day basis

• You identify, assess performance potential and acquire potential new influencers (from nano to macro)

• You drive budget negotiations with influencers and agencies based on set targets and are not afraid to handle large budgets

• You create and implement campaign concepts that engage and drive conversions

• You build and maintain relationships with our influencers and agencies

• You create detailed campaign reports based on relevant KPIs, identify optimization potential and bring learnings from one campaign to the next

• 
  To sum up, you manage your influencer campaigns from start to finish!

• You have a university degree in media, communications or a comparable field

• You have 1-3 years professional experience in influencer marketing and are familiar with all the creative and analytical aspects of this marketing field

• You have worked on the hottest trends on the DACH market in influencer marketing and ideally bring your own network of cooperation partners with you

• You are creative and like to pilot innovative ways of cooperating with influencers

• You are a natural with all major Social Media networks (especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)

• You are number driven and have a good analytical understanding of influencer KPIs

• You have had first experience with budgeting campaigns and have a good sense of market prices

• You are not afraid of responsibilities

• You have a proactive and independent working style

• You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

• You speak German and English business fluent
