What you will work on:
You are responsible for spearheading the developer platform that powers updates for the entire platform. Some example goals for projects include:
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy new features and improvements to our platform
- Customize and extend the tutorial platform using Liquid, CSS, and HTML
- Enhance the user experience with intuitive and responsive design
- Integrate third-party services and REST APIs to enhance functionality
- Implement data analytics to provide insights and improve user engagement
What We’ll Expect From You
We are seeking a frontend focused engineer and ideally can also work across the stack. Below are the specific behaviors and competencies important for this role.
Core competencies:
- Proficiency in Liquid, CSS, HTML, MQL
- Strong experience with frontend development and/or user interface design
- Solid understanding of backend development and database management
- Experience with integrating third-party REST APIs and services
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality front-end deliverables
Helpful Competencies:
- Previous experience in a non-trivial business domain, handling complex front-end requirements.
- Experience in UX development
- Creative mind for the development of incentivization systems
