Tasks

4. Editorial Calendar Management: Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content, manage deadlines, and coordinate with other team members to obtain necessary inputs.
5. SEO Optimization: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to optimize content for increased visibility, organic traffic, and audience engagement.
6. Content Promotion: Assist in promoting content through various channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, guest posting, and other relevant platforms to reach a wider audience.
7. User Engagement: Monitor and respond to user comments, questions, and feedback on our content platforms to foster engagement and build a sense of community.
8. Content Analytics: Track and analyze content performance metrics, including website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and social media analytics, to identify areas for improvement and inform content strategy.
9. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, career-related news, and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains current and competitive.
10. Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and subject matter experts, to gather insights and create comprehensive and accurate content.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a content creator, writer, journalist, or similar role, preferably with a focus on career development or related topics (prefered: Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. A relevant professional certification or equivalent experience is a plus.)
2. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for grammar, style, and storytelling (native or bilingual speaker)
