About the role

We are looking for an empathetic and driven working student to join our People team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating an environment where team members are inherently motivated and share a common goal. Additionally, you will help leading various initiatives involving administrative, operational and other people-related aspects at buycycle.

Your responsibilities

• You are committed to our culture by exemplifying and representing our core values.
• You support the recruitment process by managing job advertisements, maintaining the applicant database and coordinating interviews.
• You organise dynamic team events and initiatives to promote motivation and enthusiasm at buycycle.
• You remain flexible and help with ad-hoc and office management tasks whenever needed.

About you

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• You have exceptional empathy and communication skills.
• You demonstrate creativity and a passion for organising engaging events.
• You are proactive and have a structured and independent work ethic
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
