In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.
- Technical responsibility for products and processing chains in series production and during the pilot phase
- Accepting products from product development and transferring them to series production readiness
- Technical project management in interdisciplinary teams
- Developing measures for the sustainable elimination of any product discrepancies
- Yield, throughput time, and cost optimizations
- Change management
- Technical contact person for our customers
- Technical university degree (master or German diploma)
- Sound knowledge of the measurement or production technology sectors
- Experience in managing technical projects
- Professional experience in a production company, ideally in the optics or semiconductor industry
- Experience in the production of challenging, complex components; ideally experience in prototype or pilot series production
- Very good proficiency of German and English, both written and spoken
- Sound, application-oriented, basic technical knowledge
- Strong interest in product and Customer-oriented work
- Very structured and organized way of working
- High degree of personal responsibility
