Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.
Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

The department Business Support Functions takes care of the overall control of the domain Vehicle and Cloud Platform, which is responsible for the targeted development of the platform components in the vehicle and the cloud. The fields of activity include communication, culture & change, resource management, office planning, quality management and even more in order to be able to support the domain in the best possible way. To support our team for this wide range of activities we are looking for passionate project and process management experts, like you, in particular as support for the divisional management.
- Support the Vehicle & Cloud domain management with coordination and organizational tasks as allrounder
- Research, analyze and prepare data, facts, and references for decision-making of process, methods and tool topics
- Develop, align and coordinate the rollout of process, methods and tools in the domain including goal setting, defining scope, and establishing timelines
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous optimization of processes and systems within the organization
- Execute divisional communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Be a proactive sparring partner for management
- Plan, prepare and implement meetings, workshops, and events
- Excellent project- and process management skills and a good technical understanding
- Strong communication skills, a high degree of personal initiative and flexibility
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as problem-solving skills
- Self-confident demeanor with top management representatives
- Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
