To complement the team of our internationally successful company, we are looking for a full-time IT specialist with experience in the server-side system administration of Linux servers.

Your Tasks

You are managing our dedicated server infrastructure and its core application FSI Server primarily on Debian/Linux systems.

In order to satisfy the ever growing need of performance, you maintain, optimize and extend our infrastructure. You analyze problems, solve interferences and document them.

You have knowledge of various script languages and are able to write programs for troubleshooting.

Your field of work offers leeway for working independently. Your work mainly takes place at our business hours, though stand-by service is possible.

Our office is located in 32657 Lemgo.

Your Profile

The core of your profile is a computer science university degree, a corresponding professional training or being a dedicated Linux professional.

You can present long-term experience as a Linux System Administrator of complex heterogenic systems. Due to your profound knowledge you are able to troubleshoot and optimize Apache and Tomcat without any problems.

You possess a rapid comprehension as well as a good abstraction capability for learning and imparting complex correlations.

PHP, Phyton, C(++) or Java and MySQL knowledge is advisable for this job.
