We are looking for a Commerce Operations Working Student for our e-commerce platform to join our team in Berlin. As a Commerce Operations Working Student your mission is to support our supply chain team with the article lifecycle for our Highsnobiety commerce shop: from purchase to online.

YOUR MISSION:

• Support on key projects and initiatives and get insights into a wide array of e-commerce topics
• Prepare product data and publish products and campaigns on-site
• Receive, record and process a limited amount of supplier deliveries in our office cross-dock
• Support on keeping our data quality at a high standard
• Suggest improvements around these topics across teams and support process documentation

YOUR SKILLS:

• You can efficiently handle day-to-day team administrative & organizational tasks
• You are solutions-oriented and pragmatic
• You are fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills
• You are a self-starter, keen to learn and develop at pace with an analytical mindset
• You are interested in data and processes
• You have worked with Excel or Google Sheets before
