We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator (m/w/d) in full-time.

Execution of MYKITAs E-Commerce strategy in close cooperation with the e-commerce manager
Customer service via phone and email
Ensure quality of our Webshop by reviewing it regularly
Responsible for all Webshop order releases
Coordination and implementation of selected e-commerce projects
Staying up-to-date with e-commerce trends and developments
Prepare e-commerce reports, analyze and present results
Monitor, evaluate and report on competitor activities and changes of the online marketplace

University degree or comparable education in economics, computer science or similar discipline
Experience of working in e-commerce or customer service
Strong attention to detail
Independent, structured and accurate working
Hand-on mentality
Very good knowledge of German and English both spoken and written
Good computing knowledge, preferably with ERP systems
Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
