Tasks
- Project planning and design of research and production plants
- Elaboration of concepts and plant layouts (design)
- Preparation of specifications
- Feasibility studies
- Development of innovative process technologies to improve product cost, quality and safety of the spunbond manufacturing process
- Execution of laboratory and pilot line trials
- Close cooperation with production, marketing, sales and internal technology departments
Qualifications
- Completed technical studies, in the field of mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering or textile technology.
- Work experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the polyester industry
- Good analytical problem solving skills
- Experience in the design of mechanical components and machines
- Experience in the preparation of PIDs
- Basic understanding in the cooperation with related disciplines
- Methodical competencies in process management
- Motivated personality, result orientation, sense of prioritization and initiative
- Good English and German language skills, Experience in SAP
- Limited willingness to travel within Germany and abroad
