Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for designing a quality strategy for software with a focus on development processes and structures at the supplier's site
• You will work closely with the development departments as well as with the quality managers of the suppliers.
• You evaluate the software process competence of the suppliers in the operational implementation, define necessary measures before awarding and lead their implementation
• You will also be responsible for early and independent escalation in the event of deviations from targets, including binding agreements on corrective measures with the project or the suppliers.
• You will be involved in the further development of the current methodology and in networking between Development, Purchasing and Group Quality

Required Skills

• Successfully completed studies, preferably in the fields of computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience with Q-methods as well as tools is desirable
• Project management experience and high customer orientation
• Experience with ASPICE/ SW quality management is desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Business fluent in German and English
• Confident appearance, team and communication skills
• Assertiveness, initiative, structured way of working
