This is how you will make an impact as a (Senior) Product Data Analyst:
- We are a healthtech company operating a B2B marketplace in the hospital discharge management space. We are looking for somebody who can constantly dig into data to understand our customers’ problems, validate our assumptions, support discovery work and help us to continuously improve our product. As a (Senior) Product Data Analyst, you will be working in our product team and help the team to make data-driven decisions with regards to developing new features, creating launch plans and reporting on the success of the team’s work.
- Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):
- Conducting research and running A/B tests to generate and evaluate ideas for new features, model product and feature launches to determine the optimal customer segments and best release strategies.
- Collaborate with design and product managers on mapping user journeys to help us better understand our users’ needs and their behaviour.
- Building and monitoring dashboards for new features and team KPIs, and establishing baseline metrics for improvements and enhancements of existing features.
- Presenting key insights to product managers, design and the wider management team.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to improve our data stack and tracking capabilities, and actively participation in AGILE ceremonies.
What tools will you be working with:
- Datasources: Postgres OLTP, Salesforce, Chargebee™
- Warehouse: snowflake®
- ELT: Stitch/DBT
- Visualisation: Looker
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a discipline with a quantitative focus (Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field).
- At least one year experience working as a product analyst or data analyst with an interest in product development.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into data analysis requirements and a track record of successfully generating and communicating actionable insights in a synthetic and easy to understand format.
- Demonstrated experience in using SQL, and motivation to develop your skill set (LookML, Python).
- Experience with business intelligence software (Looker, Tableau®, etc.).
- Experience with A/B Testing.
- High proficiency of English (German would be a plus).
