The Battery Software & Controls Team at RWE Technology International GmbH is seeking a motivated student (m/f/t) with a strong desire to gain insight into the development process for software and controls in a Battery Power Plant. As our Support Student, you will work closely with our developers to organize relevant information and document key aspects of the development process. You will also provide support in various areas to enhance team organization, including documentation, report creation, presentations, graphics, and process alignment. You will be an active participant in the team's daily activities and promoting the use of the Confluence documentation platform.

• Support the team with development documentation
• Translate existing documentation into English
• Update template documents and presentations
• Migrate documentation to the Confluence platform
• Suggest improvements for documentation processes and structures
• Collect and organize data and information
• Assist the team in organizational matters

Your powerful skills

• Enrolled student in energy technology, electrical engineering or business administration
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Adaptability and problem-solving orientation
• Initiative and reliability as well as a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
• Very good command of written and spoken English
