We are looking for a motivated sales professional with experience building meaningful client relationships to grow and support our innovation community. This person will contribute to the success of our CIC Berlin Relationship Management & Sales Team.

Founded in 1999, CIC manages more than 111.000 square meters of innovation-focused workspace, laboratories, and event space across North America, Europe and Asia. Additionally, CIC develops innovation-related programming, builds and enables industry clusters, and provides world-class innovation consulting.
CIC opened our newest location in Berlin in April 2024. The location became the third CIC Innovation Campus in Europe, serving as a strategic addition to our campuses in Warsaw and Rotterdam, and an integral part of our global expansion plan.
The campus spans 13,000 square meters and features a combination of large, medium, and small private offices and shared workspace, event space, and a range of shared amenities. CIC intends to build on the location’s deep commitment to innovation and bring our distinct approach to enabling startups, scale-ups, corporations, and public entities to thrive.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
You will be working alongside the leadership team in Berlin, selling a product and service that has a great reputation. You will help build a positive name and awareness of CIC in Berlin to develop leads, attract new clients, and maintain a strong relationship supporting them once they are clients operating within the space. You will also be responsible for developing relationships to integrate CIC Berlin into the local community.
Potential responsibilities will include:
- Thinking creatively about how we can attract leads. Support efforts (marketing campaigns, direct outreach, networking) to develop and bring in potential clients.
- Work with prospective clients to determine if CIC is the right place for them to start or grow their business.
- Being a resource for building external relationships within the community.
- Leading tours for prospective clients and informational groups, such as students or visiting delegations.
- Helping drive the creation and implementation of new programs and initiatives around new sales, client support, and overall business development and expansion.
- Managing a client portfolio and providing oversight to assist our clients in getting the most out of their experience at CIC. For example, as a client’s business evolves, so does their need for office space, and you will be responsible for helping them find the right solution.

You are a skilled professional with a diverse set of competencies suitable for representing CIC to prospective clients and providing high-level service to existing ones, equipped with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. As our ideal candidate, you are mission-driven, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks, and excel in building positive relationships, working independently, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
YOU HAVE
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in sales or relationship management.
- Ability to legally work in Germany. CIC is unable to sponsor visas for this role at this time.
- Fluency in English and German.
