Responsibilities:

DJI is the global leader in developing and manufacturing innovative aerial equipment and drone camera technology for commercial and recreational use. We’re looking for a Corporate Counsel who handles EU legal matters, coordinates EU offices and HQ communication. 1. Provide daily legal advice and support to DJI European Offices pertaining to various business issues. 2. Handle local disputes and litigations, including appearing before tribunals. 3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience in practicing EU, German, or Dutch law. 2. Strong communication and writing skills, professional fluency in English. 3. Substantive experience on commercial contracts and dispute resolutions. 4. International company or law firm experience preferred.
