As a Senior CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping our CRM strategies, with a focus on a balanced mix of 50% operational tasks and 50% strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing our CRM efforts to align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
Operational Excellence (50%)
- Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, employing a holistic approach to engage effectively with our customer base.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of complex campaigns, leveraging your operational expertise.
- Champion adherence to established processes, both within your role and among stakeholders, to maximize campaign efficiency and operational excellence.
- Conceptualize, set up, and maintain automated communication workflows that support the achievement of CRM key performance indicators.
Technical Mastery
- Implement HTML for emails, ensuring compatibility across all devices and providing a seamless user experience.
- Conduct rigorous testing to guarantee the proper rendering of emails and continuously seek ways to enhance technical aspects of campaigns.
- Utilize A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance, leveraging your technical proficiency.
- Demonstrate expertise in CRM tools like Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) to drive operational excellence.
Strategic Leadership (50%)
- Collaborate closely with the CRM team and seasoned CRM managers to conceptualize and plan new strategic campaigns that align with the company's overarching goals.
- Lead the implementation of these strategic initiatives, leveraging your strategic insights and operational expertise to drive success.
- Apply data-driven insights and your understanding of customer segments to ensure targeted messaging and the achievement of strategic objectives.
Background & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record in CRM campaign execution and optimization at a senior level.
- Strong technical skills, including HTML and A/B testing, to ensure operational excellence.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) to drive effective campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
