JOB PURPOSE
Realization of the sales targets of the stores in Central Europe by means of modern retail management approaches
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation of strategies to maximize sales and service within the framework of PRADA corporate standards and their further development
- Control of the store activities and guidance of the store managers through regular attendance
- Supervision of monthly and annual targets, including follow-ups, together with Store Management
- Implementation of CRM processes and activities
- Personnel management and development in cooperation with HR/Commercial Director
- Qualitative and quantitative reporting to Retail Management
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Completed vocational training in retail and/or studies in relevant fields
Several years of professional experience as an area manager in the premium/luxury fashion sector (supervision of several stores)
Very good business knowledge and the ability to derive and implement measures
Experience in staff management
Good MS Office skills
High willingness to travel and flexibility
Strong communication skills, determination, reliability and ability to work in a team
Very good knowledge of English and German, business fluent in written and spoken language
