What you can expect in this role

• You will be part of the continuous development and revision of flaconi’s corporate strategy
• Related to that, you will be responsible for steering the implementation and having regular check-ins with relevant stakeholders
• Furthermore, you have the opportunity to conduct own projects in the context of continuously improving our customers' experience
• Exemplary projects would be developing a new setup for customer feedback collection, boosting customer reviews, developing a customer loyalty program etc.
• Moreover, you will support in the preparation and running of leadership or shareholder meetings as well as related activities

Your essential experience and education

• Enrolled student in Business, Economics, Strategy or a comparable field
• First experience, ideally in/ with any kind of challenging environment (consulting, startup, etc.)
• Proof of successful execution of own projects (in any area of life)
• A collaborative and communicative approach and good understanding of numbers
• Proficient MS Office / Google Workspace skills, especially in presentations and spreadsheets
• Fluent English skills, German is a plus
