For our growing team, we are looking for Germany-based Junior Consultants (m/f/d) to drive client engagements across our focus topics of Sustainability, Tech for Good, Cross-Sector Partnerships, Finance for Impact, and Impact Management.
- Demonstrated passion,and commitment to working on societal challenges
- First, practical experience (
- Strategy consulting (top-tier consulting experience is a plus), or
- Working on societal challenges with reputable impact organisations, or
- Academic research experience (e.g., as a doctoral candidate or a research assistant)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or transferable work experience Structured thinking, analytical and communication skills Curiosity, eagerness to learn and passion to contribute to a strong team culture Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Fluency in written and spoken English, with German and French considered an asset Based in Germany, ideally in Berlin - Challenging and exciting projects with substantial societal impact for leading organisations across the private, public, and social sectors
