THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU: You are responsible to support execution of our Global Medical Education strategy from a content, channel and communication perspective
You design, develop, curate and edit the digital education content and learning formats for our medical education platforms, ensuring high quality content that is reviewed and approved and referring to the newest standards, guidelines and scientific insights, while developed and published education content is of high accuracy In order to maintain familiarity with current health care industry trends, aesthetics and cosmetic medicine, pharmaceutical practices you conduct information gathering through our company-led learning platforms and networks, and independently through literature research, congress participations and KOL exchange You maintain close collaboration and exchange internally with our global and regional Medical Affairs Teams, R&D, marketing, regulatory, legal, and externally, with international thought leaders and vendors to ensure strategic alignment and market need is met You work in close collaboration with the medical team and external thought leaders / health care professionals on content creation events and schedules (e.g. filming activities of injection demonstrations, cadaver dissections, talks, and round tables discussions, podcast recordings) You also develop story boards for both, live and digital events, to ensure engaging presentations of education content as well as writing and designing unique and well-crafted copy that meet expectations, including revision of content, approval/rejection of ideas, provision of guidance and feedback Your responsibility is to liaise with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliance with globally relevant regulations and policies to stay current on global and local regulations and guidance that impact interactions with and delivery of medical education to external healthcare professionals Additionaly, you conduct the budget forecast of planned initiatives in close alignment with the Strategic Digital Content Manager, while being responsible for the monitoring and tracking of related costs to ensure timely and cost-effective development and execution of medical activities
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: University degree with a scientific or medical background and preferably first professional working experience in pharmaceutical field preferable
Hands-on experience in creating medical/scientific content for training and/or communication purposes Excellent customer service skills and service-minded personality Enthusiastic collaborator with strong creative, scientific-medical, organizational, and social media skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, if possible additional language Impeccable organization and problem-solving skills and a passion to work in the lifestyle sector that is similar to regulated pharma industry Attention to detail, very good structured way of working and time management skills just as Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal competencies
