In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

Minimum technical degree in electric, electronic, or related field
Ability to work in cross functional and international teams
Good communication and analysis skills as well as ability to handle multiple tasks
Analytical problem solving
Good knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Power point)
English language skill for work (German or other language is advantage)
Driving licence (class B)
Understanding of automotive products

Your tasks

Claim Parts & Vehicle testing

Monitoring, request, and 1st analysis of field claim parts in MPE test room and in vehicle if needed
New vehicle testing, benchmarks, and finding solution for big quality cost issues acc. to our internal standards
Sudden urgent request that might arise to check/inspect parts in a short notice

Reporting

Prepare analysis reports of each investigation and share to partners for counter measurement request or improvement proposal
Weekly Report with important activities done during the week

Co-work/Support

Constant information sharing with partners in Europe and Korea for problem solving
Common tasks like inventory check, global OE request, logistics issues with parts, process to purchase/scrap parts
Attend business trips to support quality activities by request
