The Digital Empowerment unit of EDT, where the Digital Learning Ecosystem Management team is part of, reports directly into the Digital Board Resort. This unit aims to engage and activate all employees in their individual digital up- and re-skilling journeys. More specifically, empowering employees to embrace digital change through structured digital upskilling that provides the mindset, skillset and toolset to transform E.ON into an all-digital company.
As the Learning Ecosystem Management team, we're contributing to E.ON’s transformation into an all-digital company by building a comprehensive ecosystem at E.ON (through e.g., platforms, digital communities, and 3rd party learning content partnerships), offering varied and engaging development experiences to our employees . A key strategic priority and enabler is gathering, analysing, and gaining insights on employee learning activities, both for reporting and more importantly through insights to make learning more personalized.

meaningful & challenging - Your tasks
- Design & deploy an approach to utilize learning insights towards Learners to make learning more personalized, resulting in a ‘pull’ and increased traffic on learning content consumption
- Design & deploy ‘Learning data as a Service’ towards business stakeholders on learning trends, patterns, and key performance indicators related to employee learning behaviours
- Closely collaborate with Learning Ecosystem team colleagues such as the Data scientist (on data pipelines and data lake) and Data analyst (on data analysing and reporting/dashboards)
- Ensure data driven approach, customer centricity and excellent UX n all Learning Data related matters
- Communicate complex ideas to all relevant stakeholders ensuring buy-in
- Ensure compliance with data protection, information security and workers council policies
authentic & ambitious - Your profile
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer/Data Science, Data Engineering, Informatics or Business Administration
- Proven track record of effectively translating a business requirement into data driven/ technical terms
- 2+ years of experience on working on data modeling concepts to design effective reporting structures including implementing and maintaining data governance practices
- Proficient in using visualization software (Power BI preferred, knowledge of Tableau can be considered)
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and data structure as well as solution and customer-oriented thinking with experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with any cloud provider for Data Lake/Data Warehousing (preferably Azure), Scripting language (Python/R) and basics of SQL.
- Knowledge of accessing data via APIs is a plus.
- Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment with not only ability to work effectively in a team but also deliver on your commitments independently.
