Working Student Operations - Part time (20 hours/week) in Berlin bei FREE NOW

Location: Berlin

We are looking for someone who takes charge to grow our supply, which means you will stay connected to our driver base and foster best practices. The position as Working Student Driver Operations will be part of our Driver Operations team in Berlin. We are looking forward to your application and can't wait for you to join us on the journey!

Type of contract: Working Student contract for 1 year

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Front office support to our existing drivers and partners, and tickets support through Zendesk
• Quality Assurance and monitoring of Driver Performance, including outbound calls
• Sell FREENOW on-car-advertisement via cold calling and negotiate deals with our fleet partners
• Project Management - support in various projects related to Driver Operations (e.g. Expansion to new cities or competitor analyses)

Hybrid model: ideally 3 days in the office, possibility of doing 1 day home office

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Highly motivated to support our drivers and partners with a positive attitude
• Ideally some initial experience in a similar role (Operations, Customer Service or Sales)
• Fluent German skills (C1 level or higher)
• Comfortable working with (G-Sheets, Tableau)
• Good Communication skills
• Well organised way of working
