Digital Transformation focuses on cross-divisional topics that span across businesses and functions. It includes responsibilities for Digital Awareness & Culture, as well as providing advice on emerging trends. What you’ll be doing

Seize the opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team, shaping content for diverse communication channels, both internal and external. Your creative ideas will play a pivotal role in advancing HVB’s transformation to a “living digital” environment. Join us in making employees and stakeholders a part of our success story!

In addition to content creation, this role involves supporting, organizing, and executing events. Since 2023, we’ve also established the Innovation Hub, which is steadily growing and needs your contribution to propel it forward. You’ll be, for example, involved in driving various themed weeks and events with the right communication.

What you’ll need to succeed

You are currently enrolled at a university with focus on i.e. business administration, communication or marketing, but most important: You are passionate and want to contribute to our journey
Ideally, you already bring initial practical experience, which you feel is beneficial for this role
You are creative, like to bring your own ideas to life and implement them independently
You have an open mindset, strong communication skills and an intrinsic motivation to continuously develop yourself and your work
You are fluent in German as well as business fluent in English
