Proven experience in product management or product development centric role, preferably within the robotics, automation, factory or automation simulation software industries or related software industries
Proven record of accomplishment of leading and delivering complex software products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Proven experience & knowledge on Robotics technology and robot programming
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams & engage internal and external stakeholders
Ability to breakdown and translate complex technical topics for non-techies
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals
High tolerance for ambiguity, fast learner, and ability to adapt with speed to new situations
