The Technical Account Manager (TAM) - Q-Commerce is responsible for providing technical support to our key accounts globally. You'll be the bridge between Delivery Hero and our top-notch AAA vendors. Your mission is to make sure our integration process is as smooth as a perfectly cooked pizza.
You should have a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, agility, and creativity while being able to dive deep into technical details when required. If you enjoy solving complex problems and tackling tough challenges, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Mission:

Vendor Relations: Build strong relationships with our AAA vendors. Be their main point of contact and a trusted partner.

Integration leader: Coordinate and oversee the integration process from start to finish. Ensure all technical and operational aspects are on point.

Problem Solver: When hiccups happen (because they always do), you'll step in to find solutions and keep things moving.

Surface info & iteratively improve: Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in the integration process. Work closely with our tech, product, and operations teams to ensure everyone's on the same page.

Product Expertise: Understand our APIs and integration services to advise clients effectively.

Relationship Management: Build strong global client relationships, aligning solutions with their needs.

Facilitation: Lead partner onboarding, monitor progress, and resolve issues for seamless integrations.

Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive key account integrations globally.

Project Management: Prioritize and drive projects with clear accountability.

Training: Conduct client training sessions.

Documentation: Maintain user guides and troubleshooting resources.

Innovation: Beta test new features with Product and Engineering teams.

Support: Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot to ensure product/service operations run smoothly.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Vendor Engagement: Hold regular meetings with vendors to review progress, address concerns, and identify improvement opportunities.
Your Heroic Skills:
To thrive as a Technical Account Manager, you should have:

Experience: Prior account management or vendor relations experience, preferably in the food tech sector.

Tech Savviness: you’re comfortable in taking vendors through the integration process with our core assortment, promotions, and order management APIs/SFTP integrations. This will include you leading meetings wherein you will brief on mid/low-level technical details of our APIs, provide assistance in configuring our shops to be enabled for API integrations, providing guidance both to vendors and to regional teams on how they can go through the integration process, tracking issues & errors with the order/assortment payload & querying the order payload to identify root-cause issues, and engaging with Tech teams on issues where you can not immediately resolve the problem yourself.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for building and maintaining relationships, as well as for transmitting & relating key technical information about errors/issues to Tech teams; you’ll be a reliable stakeholder throughout the process of engagement both internally and externally.
