Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Customer Order Specialist (d/f/m) to join our team “Customer Order Fulfilment” in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel, Germany.

When clients require support or help, the customer service staff is the organisation's face and the single point of contact. The team works well together and has a great sense of camaraderie. We are a multicultural workforce that serves consumers across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

If you have strong communication abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle many tasks and assignments independently as well as in teams are required. Outstanding organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities then this job is for you.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

• Order processing, administration and management of material orders received from customers

• On-time delivery for all spare parts and related services to our customers

• Consistently provides high quality responses to all customer (internal and external) related requests for all spare parts and other related Satair and Airbus services

ABOUT YOU

Equipped with a Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Production (or similar) or a vocational training and relevant work experience, we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:

• Relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service and the aviation industry

• Accountability and ability to motivate, guide and train team members

• You are structured, proactive, and have an enthusiastic communication and working style

• You have the ability to understand your customers to develop and propose creative solutions to issues

• You are flexible, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and successfully deal with unexpected situations / issues

• Superior communication skills in English, oral and written fluency
