We are looking for process technicians in the injection molding. You support the process engineers (m/f/d) in setting up, technically implementing and further developing optimal processes and workplaces. You are therefore a decisive factor in the creation of our injection molded parts for the new Model Y, which will be the first to roll off the assembly line in our Gigafactory.

You will work together with a team to prepare optimal processes and workflows so that our team has a safe and ergonomic workplace in the injection molding shop and support the process technician (m/f/d) in their daily routine and development of processes

You support and being part with problem solving methods and development of standard work steps

You will be involved in preparation of production conditions

You support the training of new production associates (m/f/d)

Continuous improvement is in your blood and you like to bring in new ideas

You have a technical background – ideally in plastics manufacturing

You have experience in preparing and setting up injection molding production

You have experience in handling fixtures

You bring a hands-on mentality and the willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system

You have a good knowledge of German or English, ideally both
