Personal Assistant to Directors (m/f/*)
Berlin | min. 30h/week | contract limited for 1 year (possibility of extension) | start: asap
Your responsibilities
- Provide administrative & organisational support to our directors
- Ensure smooth communication & correspondence inter-departmental & external
- Facilitate processes to ensure a smooth & efficient day-to-day business
- Coordinate & organise artist studio visits and travel plans (internationally) including administering personal expenses for the directors
- Document and prepare meetings
- Support art-related research tasks
You are a fit, if you
- Have several years of experience as Personal Assistant (m/f/*)
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Speak & write German as well as English on a fluent level
- Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Are discrete and can manage confidential information
- Preferably, have experience in the art world
