Marketing Communication Specialist in Stuttgart bei AnyDesk Software GmbH

What we are looking for:

To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Communication Specialist. In this position you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content that educates and informs our users about remote desktop technology, industry trends, and best practices. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent writing skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content.

• Develop engaging texts for newsletters and more
• Collaborate in close coordination with the responsible product and project managers
• Create, edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote content through various channels, including social media, emails and campaigns

Basic Qualifications:

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Easy to work with
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are mandatory; proficiency in additional languages like Italian, French, or Spanish is a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a technical writer, content writer, or in a similar role, ideally within the software industry
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Adaptability and resilience in challenging situations, with a flexible and positive problem-solving approach
