Junior Cluster Sales Manager (m/f/d)
This is how you make our house special....
- Pro-active acquisition (new customer acquisition) in consultation with the Senior Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Customer care of all corporate accounts & MICE segment, TMCs.
- Developing measures to increase the company's success together with the Senior Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager (customer events).
- Handling of all sales correspondence, RFPs, and maintenance of existing clients.
- System maintenance (Anais, Opera Cloud, Cvent).
- Supporting Events & Groups department with enquiries.
- Development, planning, execution & appropriate follow-up of sales promotions and customer events.
- Participation in industry events including sales drives and trade shows.
- Substitute for the Brand & Marketing Manager in his absence.
- Developing and sending out planned mailings for clients & guests in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
- Conduct house tours
- Supporting the Senior Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager
- Preparation of internal & external analyses & reports in cooperation with the Senior Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Carrying out various market analyses and competitor monitoring in cooperation with the Senior Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Participation in Monthly Sales & Revenue Calls.
- Cross-selling of all 25hours hotels.
- Responsible for the creation & implementation of the budget and sales & marketing plan in collaboration with the Senior Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Promoting the corporate culture based on the 25hours Essentials.
- Overall promotion & sales of all 25hours Hotel products.
- Act as a role model for all employees in all hotels.
Your experience and personality are the certain something...
- You have already gained some work experience in a similar role
- You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson
- You are a doer - and you openly admit when you have done something wrong
- You have a very good knowledge of German (at least B2) and speak very good English as well
- You have a valid driver's license (class B)
- You do not only bring your skills, but also your character
