Responsibilities:

• Supervision over the development of Salesforce based solutions
• Advisory in choosing the technology stack during implementation
• Supervision over the work of the implementation team
• Preparation of technical documentation
• Playing the role of a subject matter expert in the field of Salesforce solutions
• Facilitation of discovery workshops and requirement documentation
• Preparation of process diagrams
• End to end process design
• Reporting and discussing customer cooperation with the management
• Sharing your expert knowledge on declarative Salesforce configurations with less experienced team members
• Presenting alternative solutions to complex problems in the field of implantation
• Being a translator between the client's technical and business representatives
• Advising on the development and customization of solutions
• Project estimations and pre-sales support
• Engagement in knowledge sharing about good solution design practices in Salesforce

• 5+ years with Salesforce experience in consulting (not internal projects)
• 3+ years in full-on client facing roles (communication up to C-level representatives)
• Sales and Service Cloud Consultant Certified
• Experience with coordinating teams of people (configurators/developers)
• Experience in Business Analysis and Process Mapping (UML/BPMN – diagrams, preferably in LucidChart)
• Proven work in Agile IT development environment
• Fluent Business English proficiency (C1)
• Fluent Business German proficiency (C1)
• Proven experience with Salesforce documentation
• Proven experience with running workshops – explaining technical concepts to business oriented people
