Objective:

Every year, Camping Vision takes care of the holidays of around 140,000 families from all over Europe. As a sales employee at Camping Vision you contribute to a positive holiday experience by helping with questions and taking care of the correct booking administration.

Reports to: Team Lead Customer Care - Poland

Responsibilities:

• Handling holiday bookings;
• Answering questions and giving advice to customers about travel destinations. This is done via our multi-channel customer care solution with intelligent ticketing system and by telephone;
• Liaise with Camping Vision's various 'partners', such as tour operators and campsites in Europe with which we cooperate, about requests and bookings from new and existing customers;
• Back-office activities of the sales department
