What to Expect
Talent Development Partner are responsible for the creation and delivery of training content and programs for the organization. Programs are developed with leadership, management, business and personal development and best practices in mind, and are designed to grow the talents and skills of all employees at all levels within an organization. You will work with the business, project managers, business leaders and other L&D partners to help develop Tesla specific training. You will be expected to create, manage, and evaluate training in our Learning Management Tools & System, manage programs, courses, and outcomes as part of your role. A high level of self-motivation is expected. Success and achievement drive you and you are known for your fresh thinking and ability to look at a situation from all angles.
What You’ll Do
Talent development - Taking action to ensure that we have the right mix of talented people, with the right capabilities to deliver against Tesla’s key competencies and business critical needs now and in the future by:
- Contributing to the talent initiatives for Giga. Identify gaps in processes and work with relevant stakeholders, technical & shop L&D teams, plus HR Partners to ensure that data is analyzed, and development actions identified
- Design, develop and agree the best delivery of learning development solutions that complement the technical training needs through the resources available in the Talent Development Resource Centre
- Enable managers to drive learning in their teams through the Team Development Workshops by offering train the trainer sessions and ongoing coaching support
- Regular facilitation and delivery of training as necessary in person and via VILT or TTT in German and English
- Oversee all project related tasks, including setting up trainings, tracking attendance, monitoring budget, contributing to talent development resources, and reporting on personnel development measures (KPIs)
What You’ll Bring
- Completed academic studies, ideally with focus on Human resources development, business psychology, social sciences, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent work experience
- Training, coaching and or facilitation skills
- Ability to simplify the complex and generate innovate solutions
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude with great interest in learning and development
- Strong empathy and communication skills with with the ability to effectively engage and connect with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
- Experience in Microsoft 365
- Fluency in English and German, additional language skills are welcome
