As a senior engineer you will help develop a growing web-based product and you will be responsible for building distributed backend systems alongside very talented professionals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and design scalable backend solutions using Java.
• Alongside our tech team develop and optimize high performance infrastructure and manage our service from architecture design to testing, deployment and operation in an agile environment.
• Partner with our product team to develop further and improve platform features.
• Use best [practises of modern software development.
• Work in self organized agile teams.

Your Profile:

• Highly experienced in backend engineering, extensive knowledge of Java and a deep understanding of related technologies.
• Experience in building microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience in NoSQL and SQL databases and in high-throughput data-related architecture and technologies (Ex. Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.)
• Standards for writing clean code and passion to provide regular code reviews for other individuals within the business.
• Experience with delivery systems and in build tools (CI/CD, Git, gradle, SBT).
• Experience working in an agile development (Kanban/Scrum) in multi-functional teams.
• Amazing communication skills and Passion for sharing knowledge.

Java 11 , Spring (Boot, Cloud), Kafka, AWS, SQL, Terraform, MongoDB, Postgres, Bitbucket, Jira, Git.
