Our Global Procurement Indirects Team is a very international and diverse team. We are passionate in what we do, approach projects from a very entrepreneurial angle and are therefore seen as business partners on eye-level by our internal stakeholders. Our team is globally as well as strategically responsible for diverse Indirects categories, like Logistics, CAPEX, Services and IT.
You will be part of a team which is responsible for a great variety of different services: IT, HR, R&D, Management Consulting and Consumables.
In your role as a working student, you will support the global procurement team in the execution of the procurement policy in order to ensure Beiersdorf’s compliance as well as for procurement to meet the respective targets.
The purpose of this job is to actively contribute to daily and recurring tasks of procurement in order to excel the process of negotiations of contracts, data updates and system management, tender processes or process optimization.
- You are preferably studying economics at university level.
- You are available for at least one year, before your graduation or studies abroad.
- Confident in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- The ability to work both autonomously and as a team member is required as well as self-management and to work efficiently.
- You have an interest in working with people, but also with process, facts, figures and different systems.
- You have analytical skills combined with an enthusiastic “can do” attitude.
- Your results are conscientious and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- You like to approach other people via phone, email and/ or personally.
- You like to come to the office and to collaborate with your colleagues.
