HR & Office Admin in Bayern bei Madify

This is a full-time role for at Madify located in Guwahati. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as assisting the founder in various administrative, HR and strategic responsibilities.

• Coordinate projects and initiatives led by the founder.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Organize and manage sensitive information and documents.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials; facilitate effective communication.
• Plan and coordinate special events and engagements involving the founder.
• Provide strategic support by conducting analysis and generating insights.
• Assist in HR initiatives, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.
