These are your tasks:
You are the link and contact person regarding the ticket processing of the invoice verification between MBGSB and our partner SSC in the Philippines
You will support your colleagues there with your professional and technical expertise regarding the ticket system and ticket processing
You take over the technical leadership of the colleagues for the implementation of process changes
You control the division of labor between both centers and make sure that the agreed KPIs are met
You accompany the colleagues during the testing of new features and changes in the ticket system and forward the results to the development team
You establish and use regular communication meetings for the continuous optimization of the cooperation and for the increase of the quality as well as the first release rate, you act as operative quality assurance
Together you will identify process weaknesses and support your colleagues in finding solutions and implementing optimization measures
You are also our interface to the audit teams and process management
When relocating further process steps, you will develop project plans and process documentation and take over the transfer of knowledge in English
You also support organizational changes and monitor processes during transition
You participate in project meetings and prepare status reports and project results
You coordinate the communication between Berlin and our partner center, e.g. in year-end relevant times (attendance, targets etc.)
This is what you can expect:
Professional:
Education: Completed commercial vocational training/ business degree program
Experience: Initial work experience in a service-oriented professional field, preferably also experience in auditing in a non-international environment
IT skills: Good handling of MS Office and interest in IT systems desirable
Languages: Very good German as well as good English skills
Personal:
Individuality: quick perception, service orientation, good communication skills
Working style: Structured, careful, solution-oriented
Team spirit: Proactive, team player, hands-on mentality
