Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Lead the further development of the CRM system, including implementing new features, integrations, and automation workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences.
- Coordinate with multiple regional and international companies that share the CRM system, ensuring alignment on data standards, processes, and best practices to maintain consistency and optimize collaboration.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on data protection topics, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and implementing data governance policies and procedures to safeguard customer information and privacy.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track CRM performance metrics and KPIs.
- Analyse overall marketing activities, including campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement metrics, to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM, analytics, and customer segmentation.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
