• Configure, deploy, and manage Palo Alto firewalls, ensuring the network is protected against security threats and adheres to industry best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF) to optimize network traffic and ensure efficient data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop network infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
• Monitor network performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to maintain high availability and performance.
• Conduct regular network assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot network incidents and outages, working closely with vendors and service providers to quickly resolve issues.
• Maintain and update network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Implement network monitoring tools to capture and analyze network traffic, identifying potential bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Extensive experience in network administration and troubleshooting, with a focus on Palo Alto firewalls and HP switches.
• In-depth understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and their configuration in a multi-vendor network environment.
• Hands-on experience with physical network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds) to analyze network traffic and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong knowledge of network security principles, best practices, and protocols (e.g., IPSec, SSL/TLS).
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer, CCNP) are a plus.
