Join our team as a Chief of Staff Finance and play a vital role in shaping the future of Emma's finance department. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with our Finance Operations Director Hugo and collaborate with all the finance Team Leaders to drive strategic initiatives and revamp our processes. Your contributions will span from initial development to successful execution, ensuring the achievement of bringing our finance team to the next level
As the Chief of Staff Finance, you will oversee a wide range of cross-functional initiatives and projects, fostering strong collaboration among team members across various departments. Your ability to analyze and interpret data will be instrumental in informing decision-making processes and developing actionable recommendations for optimization on diverse topics.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services such as consulting, audit, banking, or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of finance topics including accounting, taxes, treasury, and other relevant areas, with a keen ability to quickly grasp new concepts and continuously learn.
- Proven experience in data and enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects, including migration and implementation.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-reliant, and hands-on work mentality, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset within the finance field.
- A strategic and creative thinker, capable of managing stakeholders and prioritizing competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to adapt swiftly and prioritize key objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
- Solution-oriented with a curious intellectual mindset, always seeking innovative approaches and eager to learn.
