You will support us in both, partner onboarding and product data management:

Partner onboarding

• Technical integration of retailers and brands to the DOUGLAS Marketplace (FTP, API and manual)
• International rollout of the DOUGLAS marketplace partners
• End2End testing of the partner order process after connecting the interfaces
• Find technical solutions to incorrect data transmissions
• Stakeholder management: You work closely with key account management, sales and aggregators as well as other internal and external stakeholders

Product data management

• Carry out regular data checks and cleanups of our marketplace partner articles in alignment with the DOUGLAS product data quality standards
• Regular reports of blocked potential and support in unlocking and enriching articles in SAP
• Support with planning and implementation of the category structure as well as with the product mapping of seasonal categories (e.g. Easter, Christmas)
• Creation and optimization of guidelines for internal stakeholders and external partners for quality assurance

• Successfully completed studies or apprenticeship with a focus on IT, business, communication sciences, e-commerce or comparable
• Very good Excel knowledge (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• First experience in the e-commerce sector through internships or similar
• Enthusiasm for IT and passion for technology and processes: Keywords like ERP systems, integrators, SAP, XML/CSV/JSON are part of your vocabulary
• Rough understanding of (API) interface connections and marketplace platform solutions
• Communicative and assertive personality
• Interested in project management of interface connections of various parallel projects
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Proactive and committed way of working and a good balance between quality and quantity
• Ideally, you have already worked with systems like Asana, Jira, Confluence, SAP Commerce, and Mirakl
