Then support us as an assistant in the Research & Development department within the limits of a two-year parental leave replacement at our Hemer location and contribute to the following diverse areas:
Your tasks:
- You will support us in all organizational tasks and reliably handle administrative tasks while maintaining an overview of the entire process
- You will be responsible for various tasks in the area of research and development, such as purchase orders and their tracking, invoice processing, travel expense reports and travel organization, credit card accounting, and IT authorization applications for new employees
- There is the possibility to take over own small projects, such as "Diversity & Inclusion @R&D", impulses for internal departmental employee trainings, internal R&D communication via social media channels
- You demonstrate excellent organizational skills in the preparation of meetings
- You coordinate appointments and plan and organize business trips
- You create impressive documents, presentations and documentations
- You answer area-specific inquiries promptly and competently
- You take over your own projects
- Representation of the assistant to the division manager
Our requirements:
- You have a completed commercial vocational training or a similar qualification
- You have up to one year of professional experience in a similar position
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English and are proficient in the use of standard Microsoft Office programs
- You work in a service-oriented manner and are sociable and communicative
- You are characterized by a high level of organizational talent and initiative
- Your confident appearance and your friendly as well as obliging manner complete your profile
