• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with local sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth and meet revenue targets.
• Market Analysis: Identify and provide insights on key organizations within local markets, helping to prioritize high-potential targets.
• Outbound Campaigns: Create and execute outbound campaigns targeting specific organizations or market segments to generate leads and foster customer engagement.
• Sales Forecasting: Develop and implement scalable sales forecasting models to accurately predict local market trends and sales performance.
• Reporting and Communication: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, performance metrics, and insights to sales teams and other stakeholders.
• Customer Needs Analysis: Identify potential customers, analyze their needs, and present valuable insights to the sales teams for tailored solutions.
• Customized Sales Material: Adjust sales materials and proposals to meet the specific requirements and expectations of important customers.
• Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads within relevant market clusters and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Lead Qualification: Analyze and qualify leads generated through outbound campaigns, ensuring alignment with the target audience and sales objectives.
• Research and identify: Local strategic partners to help expand and grow the business.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales analysis, market research, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• German language a plus but not a must.
