• You represent our customers within our internal development team
• You compile detailed requirements and of translating them into technical solutions together with a system engineer
• You develop strategies towards a successful market entry of a quantum-technological sensor product
• You manage the realization and operation of first product prototypes together with a system engineer
• You carry out in-depth market analyses (customers, applications, market segments, competition)
• You write a business plan for a Q.ANT product line
• You perform stakeholder management

• You have 3+ years of work experience in the field of product development, product management or sales
• You are strong in setting up customer relations
• You are able to efficiently communicate with our internal development team
• You are able to work independently, hands on and accurate within an agile team
• You are a teamplayer with a high level of social skills
• You have basic knowledge in quantum physics, preferably in optical quantum sensing
• You have proficient lingual skills in English (C1 or higher)

Who we are and what we do

Q.ANT is a high-tech startup driving and industrialising photonic quantum technology, pushing the borders to new fields of application and processes. The company was founded in 2018 and is part of the TRUMPF Group. Q.ANT develops quantum sensors and photonic chips and processors for quantum computing based on its Quantum Photonic Framework. Focusing on its four product lines of Photonic Computing, Particle Metrology, Atomic Gyroscopes and Magnetic Sensing, the company engages with a broad array of industries and applications ranging all the way from medical technology and autonomous vehicles to aerospace, machinery, and the process industry. Q.ANT employs more than 90 people at its site in Stuttgart/Southern Germany.
