As Workflow Manager Retina Surgery, you are responsible for business success of the workflow and drive the execution of the strategy and roadmap in a highly attractive market

In this challenging function, you drive innovation along the workflow, develop and execute global business and marketing plans on workflow level and utilize a broad expertise in different areas

You work in an agile manner, conduct regular market surveys, and assess customer and sales channel needs as well as market trends

Based on this close connection to our customers and markets you drive customer value beyond single products, define value creation within the workflow and corresponding business models

You ensure the consistent implementation and business success across various functions from creation to market roll out

As the Workflow Manager, you are close to customers and sales to support in the field in selling the workflow

Your Profile

You have a minimum of 5 years' professional experience, a broad and in-depth commercial knowledge, and planning experience in medical device business. Work experience in local markets is a plus

You have deep expertise (either by training or through on-the-job learning) in two of the areas of business, technical knowledge, and application knowledge in ophthalmology

You have deep customer orientation and understanding of market needs

You have proven exceptional communication skills within a matrix organization

Technology excites you and you feel comfortable in demonstrating high-tech solutions to customers

You know how to lead cross-functional project teams including R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing or Manufacturing with the ability to unite teams behind a vision you are creating

You want to contribute to diverse teams, and you are willing to travel to make use of your intercultural experience and language skills
