Daily tasks:
- Manage and lead packaging development projects E2E or as contributing member of interdisciplinary project teams.
- Manage stakeholders communication and alignment.
- Communicate project needs to outside resources to enlist their support
- Lead sustainability initiatives for the category under packaging platform of responsiblity. Develop the required technical buildling blocks to deliver the S&T roadmaps.
- Effectively communicate project proposals, status and results through written technical documentation
What makes you successfull:
- You have a Bachelor Degree in Packaging or Engineering
- You have more than 8 years of relevant experience - R&D and operational experience is a plus
- You have a solid knowledge of packaging materials, machinery and material/machine interaction.
- In your previous experience you developed superior project management skills to lead or contribute to interdisciplinary project teams (coordination and planning).
- You have advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- You can adept stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization
- You are fluent in English and have ideally a basic knowlege in German as a plus
