Junior Product Manager

As we continually strive to improve and expand our product range based on our insights, we’re looking for a new Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) to help continue our success across the DACH region.

The position is offered on a Hybrid working basis with travel to our Munich office as required.
What you will do
As Junior Product Manager you’ll work in tandem with the Product/Senior Product Manager to define the product vision for the business area. You’ll provide support to both the team and Business Unit Director in regard to building the strategy and execution of the multi-year product roadmap.
In addition, you’ll have responsibility for developing, curating and growing your own product categories. You’ll drive both the launch of new products to the market and the performance of our current range.
You’ll also work with key stakeholders across the business to provide information, analysis and guidance on our product ranges.
What you need to succeed
- Previous experience in a commercial, product led environment
- Ideally experience within Consumer Goods, FMCG, Retail
- Strong analytical skills to be able to gather information and provide recommendations in the form of presentations and business cases
- Strong detail orientation with demonstrable process and planning skills
- Innovation and creative led marketing thinking
- Ability to independently multi-task and set priorities whilst also being a supportive team player
- Initiative, determination and a self-disciplined approach
- A degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
- Fluent German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams)
- Full, valid German driving licence and the willingness to travel
